The name Hÿhwy Og Ckez is derived from the Dwarven language, as Hÿhwy Og Ckez was founded by Mbó̄kīb Ca̋mé̄ 'Cherly Ella' Ha̋nvé̄b Hāstär Nīń̄ Raycqug, who was culturaly Dwarvern.

The establishment of Hÿhwy Og Ckez was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Mbó̄kīb Ca̋mé̄ 'Cherly Ella' Ha̋nvé̄b Hāstär Nīń̄ Raycqug electing to pay people to resettle in Hÿhwy Og Ckez.

Hÿhwy Og Ckez was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Hÿhwy Og Ckez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Hÿhwy Og Ckez was attacked by a group of nobles with their private armies. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Hÿhwy Og Ckez lost 137 people, 265 livestock, and 79 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 45, when members of Hÿhwy Og Ckez's militia enacted an operation to secure a particular prison to utilize it for a specific task. The operation was complicated by one of the key objectives in the operation requiring sticking to a very strict and short time table. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a stalemate for Hÿhwy Og Ckez's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Hÿhwy Og Ckez's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
